BOSS Ambassadors excel in their chosen field and always strive to add value to your projects and your workplace. Since our inception, we’ve developed and honed a variety of proprietary plans to meet your company’s immediate staffing needs.

With one simple phone call, you can start the ball rolling and begin filling your immediate human resource needs. If the phone isn’t quite your thing, we will be happy to meet with you in person at our office location.
Establish contact & gather requirements
Once we make contact, a BOSS human resources specialist will listen carefully and work closely with you to identify your staffing requirements and your project’s timeframe and duration. The specialist will then introduce you to the most appropriate BOSS service plan(s) that suit your particular situation and explain the terms of each plan.
Search candidate database
Once we’re confident we understand your project needs, we immediately begin searching our Ambassador databases to identify possible candidates for your particular project. Next, we contact Ambassador candidate(s), present your project opportunity, and discuss expectations and relevant experience in order to further qualify the best possible candidate(s).
Ambassador introduction and screening
We can then present the selected Ambassador(s) and make their qualifications known to you for selection. On rare occasions, this step needs to be repeated in order to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with your Ambassador.
Complete the paperwork & dispatch the Ambassador
Once an Ambassador and a service plan have been chosen, a contract for service drawn-up and presented in-person, via mail, or via email, depending upon your preferences. Upon contract execution, your BOSS Ambassador will be ready and available to meet and exceed your plan’s requirements.
